Phoenix, a symbol of resilience, was born following the devastating fires of July 2022, during which we lost a large part of our whites. Determined to get up and continue our investment, we naturally created this wine to remind us that whatever the trials of life, we all have the strength to overcome them. 
This vintage is intended to be fresh and gourmet with aromas of exotic fruits and lime. The palate is tonic and refreshing. Perfect for an aperitif and to accompany shellfish, fish and grilled meats.... 
Blend of Colombard (45%), Vermentino (45%) & Grenache Blanc (10%)
