Phoenix, a symbol of resilience, was born following the devastating fires of July 2022, during which we lost a large part of our white wines. Determined to get back up and continue our investment, it was natural that we created this wine to remind us that no matter what life throws at us, we all have the strength to overcome them. This cuvée is fresh and delicious with aromas of exotic fruits and lime. The palate is invigorating and refreshing. Perfect as an aperitif and to accompany shellfish, fish and grilled meats....
