And the magnificent Gellone Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is full of stories and legends. In the year 800, Guilhem of Orange wanted to withdraw from the world. He isolated himself in the Gellone Valley. Guided by Saint Benedict, he founded the Saint Sauveur monastery. Argiléum - St Jean de Fos


After crossing the famous Devil's Bridge, you can discover the charming village of Saint Jean-de-Fos: the potters' village.

Lake Salagou


An artificial lake created in 1969 to irrigate the surrounding crops. You'll be captivated by the contrasting colors of the red earth known as "ruffes," the reflection of the sky in the lake's waters, and the yellow of the flowering broom. A water sports center allows you to rent pedal boats, paddleboards, and canoes.

A site classified by the Ministry of Ecology, the guided tour is a truly magical journey during which you will learn the history of this cave and observe the multitude of concretions.

The team offers a variety of activities, from visits to the caving park to an escape game.

Le cirque de Mourèze

The Mourèze Circus


Mourèze, a charming little village of 250 inhabitants and its Dolomitic cirque dating from the Jurassic period. A surprising discovery between a lunar landscape and a western setting.

2 hikes are possible from Mourèze:

a family car of around 1 hour and a sportier one of 3 hours
