Grass cover provides a valuable source of organic matter that encourages biological life. It stabilizes soils, protects against erosion, and acts like a sponge to absorb and redistribute moisture.

It helps create an ecological niche for insects and the sown plants will improve the structure of the soil by loosening it with their root systems and therefore promote its aeration and improve its water infiltration capacity.

And yes, there's no such thing as a reward! All these actions we're implementing require a lot of effort, and that's an understatement.

Soil preservation inevitably requires less mechanization; compaction must be kept to a minimum. As a result, 90% of the work is done by hand: pre-pruning, pruning, trellising, trimming, harvesting, etc.
