A 100% Languedoc Cuvée! A complex and expressive wine, combining aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and liquorice. The palate is fleshy on cherry liqueur with a peppery finish. Would work perfectly with cooked meat dishes, duck and spicy dishes. 
Blend of Syrah (68%), Grenache (17%), Mourvèdre (8%) and Marselan (7%).
