Element-Terre: a vintage symbol of our commitments. Discover this new vintage that is resolutely fresh and spicy with aromas of black fruits, licorice, pepper and garrigue. An elegant wine, a reflection of our Terroir and the complexity of our soils. For almost 8 years, the Domaine has taken a new turn, by focusing on and documenting the life of the soil. It was quite natural that Charles began to grass the vineyard, then to plant and preserve the trees and hedges around the plots, but it was in 2021 that viti forestry was introduced. An ecological way to fight global warming. Blend of Syrah (48%), Marselan (26%), Nielluccio(18%) and Grenache (8%) 

But do you know Nielluccio?
Originally from Nebbio, Nielluccio is a very old red grape variety. In the Chianti region of Tuscany it is more commonly known as Sangiovese which means "the blood of Jupiter". On the Estate we vinify it at low temperature to extract aromas of wild strawberries, red currants and violets.
